The forecast called for snow.
All week, flake after flake coated the mountains, the trees, the cabins, and the people. The snow fell with no end in sight. Soft white flurries and ice cold winds made roads slick, nights silent, and wood stoves oh-so-cozy.
Until one afternoon…
as if on cue, the sun broke through the clouds and shone on two people holding hands on a bridge. Beneath snow covered mountains they said “I Do” and the warmth came from more than just the sunshine in that moment. Loved friends and family (and three very well-fed dear) rejoiced as Simon & Jemimah kissed to the sounds of applause and the trickling stream below.
Jemimah & Simon’s wedding day – And week – was filled with so many thoughtful details showing just how much they care for their guests, and each other. Together they are thoughtful, kind, and FUN! They taught me the meaning of the word ‘Cheeky’ and they truly did ‘cowboy up’ to the rugged Wyoming winter cold.
Jemimah & Simon,
for this and so much more thank you for the honor of documenting your wedding day. Your wonderful family and friends made us feel so welcomed and kept us laughing throughout. Together you proved that the world is a place full of beauty. That kindness and love conquers all, and that Wyoming winters are for lovers. Thank you for letting me witness all the magic you created this week. Wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness!
Love and appreciation, ~M
